Collectibles in indie games often serve as a fun way to explore the world while rewarding players with lore, items, or achievements. InTails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter,one such collectible huntinvolves gatheringTarot Cards, which are tied to a side quest given by an NPC namedMerlin.

All Tarot Card Locations In Tails Of Iron 2: Whiskers Of Winter
There areeight Tarot Cardsfound throughout the different areas ofTails of Iron 2. These cards only cost 5 Coins each, so it is best to buy them as soon as you can. The table below lists all the locations:
Card Location
Farmer Card
During the main story mission “Recruit a Chef,” you will come across two Badgers in theGolden Forest. One of them is a merchant who sells theFarmer Card.
Beggar Card
For this card, you must first completeErnest’s side quest to find his missing fishing rod. Once completed, he will unlock as a merchant who sells theBeggar Card. Do not worry if he disappears; he relocates to the far left of theOutskirts.
Knight Card
InThe Rift, just before reaching the last rest bench of the area, you will come across a ladder above you that leads slightly to the left. Follow this path and jump the gap to find a corpse with theKnight Card.
Council Card
For theCouncil Card, you must first completeMaggie’s quest to find her Silver Spectacles. Upon doing so, she will unlock as a merchant and sell the card.
Death Card
Complete Maggie’s quest so that you are able to buy theDeath Cardfrom her.
Druid Card
After completing the main story mission “Blessed Tools,” you will unlockThe Druid’s Hut, where you can interact with Merlin to buy theDruid Card.
King Card
Progress through the main story until you reachCrimson Keep. Talk to the NPC to the right of the Blacksmith; he sells theKing Card.
Smith Card
Progress through the main story until you reach Crimson Keep. Talk to the NPC to the right of the Blacksmith; he sells theSmith Card.
What To Do After Collecting All Tarot Cards In Tails Of Iron 2: Whiskers Of Winter
After collecting all the cards, you mustfast travel to Merlin in The Rift. The nearest travel point is The Druid’s Hut. Once inside, you’re able to turn in the cards to get25 Coinsand theLife Runestone Key.
Upon completing the “On the Cards” quest, you will unlock the “Collect All Tarot Cards” trophy/achievement.
