There are a total of four Caverns located on the Firework Isles inInfinity Nikki, and Behind-the-Mountain Cavern is one of them. If you follow the Main quest, Showdown! The Gloomy Cavern!, before exploring the Firework Isles, then theGloomy Cavern inInfinity Nikkiwill be the first Cavern you encounter.
All of the Caverns have similar mechanisms. There will be a map next to the locked entrance revealing the location of three Fireworks, which you need to activate in order to unlock the gate.
Behind-The-Mountain Cavern Firework Locations In Infinity Nikki
Behind-the-Mountain Cavern is located just north of the Clearheart Lake. You can access it by teleporting to the Songbreeze Highland Foothills Warp Spire and heading northwest towards the foot of the hills.
Eventually, you will stumble upon the locked Cavern’s gate with a stone slab next to it. Upon interacting with it, you will see a map pointing at the Cavern you’re in and also indicating the three Fireworks locations you need to activate to open the gate.

FromFireworks Peak Warp Spire inInfinity Nikki, glide east to the lower hill to see the Firework. Activate it and move on to the next one.
Behind-The-Mountain Cavern Firework Location #2
Head to Crescent Shoal Warp Spire and southeast across the water. Use the broken pillars and platforms as stepping stones to reach one of the Relic Isles. Approach the Firework and activate it using theFirework ability outfit inInfinity Nikki, Fiery Glow.

Go to Songbreeze Highland Foothills Warp Spire and proceed southeast towards the forest. There might be Esselings surrounding the area,so defeat the enemies inInfinity Nikkiand activate the Firework.
Once you’re done, head back to the Behind-the-Mountain Cavern to find the gate finally unlocked. Head inside and enjoy all the rewards from the chests. Some of the chests will reward you with 5 Diamonds while there’s only one that rewards 30 Diamonds. Unlike the Gloomy Cavern, you’re able to’t proceed forward as the gate will unlock a simple room full of chests and that’s it.
Apart from the treasure room, there are a couple of Dew of Firework inside the Cavern that you can collect to exchange for other rewards with an NPC named Vita on Sparkheart Island. Additionally, Stylists can find a Whim Balloon which can also be given to the same character, but players will earn other rewards such as Diamonds and Sketches.
