The loyal knight and friendof Crusch Karsten, Felix Argyle, has emerged as a prominent comedic presence inRe:Zero. However, Felix’s best contribution has been his healing abilities, enhanced by the Divine Protection of Water. With Felix’s Divine Protection, the character is able to excel at water magic, becoming one of the best healers in the entire realm.
During the battle against the White Whale and Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti at the climax of Season 1, Felix performs his role as a healer diligently, helping those in need with his mastery of water magic, proving to be a worthy user of his special ability.

Along with her understanding of the wind,Crusch can utilize her Divine Protectionas an offensive tool, combining it with her wind magic to create One Blow, One Hundred Felled, a powerful ranged attack Crusch uses in the long-drawn-out battle against the White Whale.

The often vile and detestable Priscilla Barielle has such a screen presence in theRe:Zeroanime, with the princess becoming unmissable when in scenes. Until Season 3, Priscilla had yet to show her abilities in combat. However, in the latest offering ofRe:Zero, Priscilla comes to rescue an injured Subaru as he suffers from the injuries dealt by Capella Emerada Lugunica.

Using the Divine Protection, Garfiel can manipulate the ground beneath him at will, allowing the demi-human to create barriers, have increased stamina and health recovery, or destroy an area within his vicinity. Garfiel’s Divine Protection has proven highly versatile, giving the demi-human an extra dimension to his combat capabilities as he continues to fight alongside Subaru.

Known for being the Spirit Knight, Julius Juukulius has become one of the most respected knights in all of Lugunica, much thanks to his Divine Protection of Gathering Spirits. In his inherited Divine Protection, Julius is able to have a relationship with spirits. However, the knight must respect and work hard to gain a spirit’s trust, with Julius' whole power relying on spirits for aid.
When coming againstPetelgeuse, the Sin Archbishop of Sloth, Julius utilizes his contracted spirits to defeat the foe, with Julius and Subaru using Nect through the power of spirits to connect Subaru’s senses with Julius, enabling him to sense Petelgeuse’s Unseen Hands.
Maximizes potential in offense and defense when using a sword
In all ofRe:Zero, no Divine Protection is as powerful and overpowered as Reinhard van Astrea’s Divine Protection of the Sword Saint. Inherited after the death of his grandmother, Reinhard possesses the ability to maximize his potential when using a sword, allowing Reinhard to see all possible angles that may lead the knight to victory.
Passed down by various generations of the van Astrea family, the Divine Protection of the Sword Saint grants the user ultimate attack and defense mastery,with Reinhard showcasing his powerduring his battle with Elsa in the opening season, dispatching his opponent within a short amount of time thanks to his inherited power.
