Black Ops 6received a plethora of content with the debut of Season 2, from the arrival of the Lifeline and Bounty maps, to the debut of fan-favorite modes like Gun Game and additional weapons likethe Cypher 091 Assault Rifle. That’s not all, however, as Zombies also received a massive update with the debut of The Tomb, the second map to arrive post-launch forBlack Ops 6.
While players may still be grinding through The Tomb’s main Easter Egg, there are a series of side secrets they can complete, each offering a range of different rewards, such asa free Pack-a-Punch crystal. However, one of the more cryptic Easter Eggs allows players to summon a group of friendly zombies to defend them in battle. Here’show to complete the Brain Rot Easter Egg inBlack Ops 6Zombies.
How To Activate The Friendly Brain Rot Zombie Easter Egg
Before players can begin this Easter Egg, they must firstapply the Brain Rot Ammo Mod to any weaponof their choice. The most surefire way to get the Brain Rot Ammo Mod is bypurchasing it at The Armory for 500 Salvage.
Salvage can be farmed from zombiesor acquired by destroying Aether Crystals in The Tomb. Alternatively, if players want to save themselves 500 Salvage, they could completethe Simon Says Easter Egg, which guarantees a free Brain Rot Ammo Mod upon completion.
Once players have Brain Rot applied to their weapon of choice, they must find and shoot four specific skulls scattered throughout the Ossuary. Each of theseskulls is marked with an ‘X’, but spotting them can be tricky since they are often lying among other skulls in the area.
To complete the Easter Egg, players must shoot these skulls in a specific order and within a short window. The four fixed locations of the skulls are as follows:
Once players have shot all four skulls,four Brain Rot zombies should spawn near the fourth skull’s location.These zombies will behave much like a zombie inflicted with Brain Rot, defending the player and attacking any enemies within the area. After some time, these zombies will be eliminated, rewarding players with a few hundred Essence.
