ABloodborneremaster and a PC port are among the biggest dreams of FromSoftware fans. Over and over, insiders keep confirming thatthere’s no PC port forBloodbornein the works, but some fans remain hopeful that it will happen one day.

A few weeks ago, former PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida theorizedwhy theBloodborneremaster never happened. According to him,Bloodborne’s director, Hidetaka Miyazaki, “really” loves the game and has some interest in revisiting it, but does not want others to touch the title. So, his likely busy schedule makes it impossible for him to work directly on a remaster, and the project would not move on without him. That’s all speculation, though, and it’s impossible to tell whether Yoshida’s comments actually reflect the reasons for the lack of a remaster.
