However, the second test regarding noise channels provided compelling evidence that was hard to ignore. Still, some players called AI-detection tools bogus, claiming that these websites even flagged their selfies as AI-generated.
Furthermore, 2024reports allegedCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s Yokai cosmetic bundle was partly created by AI, suggesting Activision was using generative AI such as GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 in its games. It was unclear whether the finger was being pointed at the Operator skin, weapon blueprint, or another element in the bundle, but concerns were raised over the use of AI in Activision’s headquarters contributing to mass layoffs.
