Xur has returned again toDestiny 2, complete with new exotic and legendary gear for players to check out for a limited time. Fans are just a few days away from Episode Heresy, the last one of the trio beforeDestiny 2launches Codename Frontiersover this summer and potentially a new era for the franchise.
In the meantime, Bungie gave fans their best look at Episode Heresy yet with a livestream that showcased a bunch of new information including The Nether activity and new weapons to acquire. Alongside reprised versions of Season of Arrivals and Vault of Glass weapons,Destiny 2is adding a Heredical Arsenal set of weapons, all of them being able to use new Fragile Mods. These will be fairly limited, with each Act releasing a couple, and while they can help make the gun more powerful, they’re only available for the length of the Episode.

Where is Xur?
Xur has now taken up permanent residence in the Bazaar area inside The Tower, so there’s no more hunting when the weekend comes around.
Since the Bazaar is located between both fast travel points, players can pick either one to load into. Head into the area where Ikora and Hawthorne are and look for the Ramen Shop towards the back wall. While facing the shop, the alley is to the right, where Xur is standing.
Destiny 2 Class Armor and Exotic Cipher
Xur’s role continues to offer the usual weekly quests, exotics, and legendary gear. Not only are these quests required to purchase a second fated engram, but they’re necessary toacquire legacy exotic gear from the Tower kiosk. Players can earn a new cipher by completing strikes and winning crucible or gambit matches. Gain bonus points for playing with clan mates or finishing more challenging activities.

Assassin’s Cowl - Hunter helmet
An already strong exotic item could be getting even better in Episode Heresy thanks to the arc-specific buffs coming like the Bolt Charge ability. The roll is pretty good for a melee build, even if the overall stat line is on the lower side, so this may be worth investing in for those who don’t have it yet.
Ursa Furiosa - Titan gauntlets
A solid PvE exotic for Sentinel Shield users and some interesting stat spikes in here as well.
