The way by which the Season 7 quest is started is contingent upon whether a player owns theVessel of Hatredexpansion and if they have completed its campaign. Create a Seasonal Character

However, if the player hasstarted with theVessel of Hatredcampaign, they will need tocomplete its prologuebefore they can speak with Gelena.
