The Essence Of Majin Buu
From the very beginning, Toriyama made it clear that Gomah is the only real threat Arinsu must face before any other. However, given the doctor’s strength, Gomah (The current Demon King) istoo much to handle alone. Therefore, Arinsu decides to fetch aid to eliminate the child-sized wizard once and for all.

And who better than the most powerful Majin, the demon realm has ever had to endure? To realize this dream, the tree-born gets incontact with Marbaand travels to obtain the essence of an evil Majin. Arinsu, wasting no time, finds Majin Buu and eventually acquires the remains/essence of the demon. Unlike how it was with Bibidi, Arinsu’s saliva binds the Majins to besubservient to the Glind. Therefore, eliminating the risk of an outburst like the one fans witnessed Babidi facing from Fat Buu. A meticulously layered plan through which Toriyama highlights the inherently antagonistic nature of Arinsu.
Now, despite Kuu’s embarrassing battle prowess, episode 12 proves that even Arinsu cannot contend with the Majin’s intelligence. Understanding the probability of possible inconsistencies with the Majins, Arinsu has already prepared for the worst. Fans can observe this by returning to the beginning where Arinsu urges Gomah to take precautions against the imminent threat of the Saiyans. A concern that was originally proven to be a clearattempt at securing fundingfor research.
If such people were to invade the Demon Realm… I shiver at the thought!
However, with the release of Episode 6 (where Glorio is shown shamelessly contacting Arinsu), viewers got to know that this remark was made, to attract the Saiyans to the demon world. An act that demonstrates Arinsu’s ability toexploit Gomah’s insecuritiesand the revelation that her foresight is second to none. After all, a single remark caused so much chaos that theZ fighters were forced to travel between realms.
Furthermore, the arrival of the Z Fighters tips the scales in the doctor’s favor, pitting Gomah’s forces against beings of immense strength. Arinsu possibly intends to capitalize on this by allowing both sides toweaken one anotherbefore swooping in for the final strike. This tactic is a testament to the doctor’s ingenious planning as it involves the least resource expenditure from her side.
Arinsu’s Blunder: The Enslavement Collars
The Final Contingency
As fans, it is important to understand that the Glind has done everything that can be done to stay in the shadows. But little does Arinsu know that the doctor’s evil nature had already been made apparent to Goku whenthe concept of neck collarswas brought into the series. After all, it was none other than Arinsu who helped create the system of enslavement that now governs the Makai world.
Knowing Goku, there’s no way the sequel would conclude with nothing being done about the corrupt system that everyone is forced to abide by. This slight misstep creates a rationale for the Z fighters to prevent this woman from stepping up to power and why Arinsuisn’t as much in the shadowsas the doctor may like to be.
Nevertheless, as a true villain, Arinsu keeps Glorio alongside Goku and Nahare to ensure that everything goes smoothly until Gomah is dealt with. Moreover, to the doctor’s surprise, the development ofGoku’s interest in fighting the Tamagamisled to another contingency that the doctor could now exploit.
Don’t worry, If things go wrong… I’ll use the Dragon Balls
In fact, by episode 12, the doctor has technically obtained all 3 of the Dragon Balls, as the ones in the Z fighter’spossession can be snatchedthrough Glorio. An instance that has left fans in anticipation of how Goku and the others may counter the evil schemes of Arinsu.
Conclusion
Without Arinsu’s involvement, Gomah would have done nothing of substance and is unlikely to add/evolve further than the character already has. Whereas, Arinsu has proven to be a compelling antagonist in every sense. The doctor’s self-serving nature, hunger for power, and calculated manipulationsadd meaningful depth and valueto the narrative.
Therefore, considering how the story consistently forces Arinsu’s hand to be behind everything, it is reasonable to conclude that the Glind is the most likely candidate to be the final villain of Dragon Ball Daima. And although there’s a running theory thatNeva (the old Namekian)could be hiding somethingfar more sinister, there’s simply not enough evidence to expand on these suspicions yet.
