After theBlazing A Trailmain story quest inEternal Strands, Brynn will return to base camp, and players will unlock loads of new stuff, including the ability toReforgeequipment, increasing their strength. However, they will first need to fix the Forge with the help of a friend.
How to Fix the Forge in Eternal Strands
Base Upgrades
In order to unlock theForge, you will first need to speak toCasmynat her caravan and complete theTreading Waterquest, which is very simple.
Basically, you just need to use all those items you collected on your expedition andSalvagethem with Casmyn.Doing this will give youCamp Supplies used for station upgrades at home base.
Go ahead and salvage ten items to get 10 Camp Supplies (we just turned in someIronsince that seems to be a very common resource).
After that, speak to Casmyn again and choose ‘Upgrade Station.’ By using those 10 supplies we just made, you may nowupgrade Sola’s Forge from level 1 to level 2, allowing Brynn to upgrade her equipment to level 2.
You will, of course, be able to unlock further upgrades as you progress in thestory ofEternal Strands.

How to Get Stronger
Now that the Forge has been unlocked, go ahead and speak toSolaas part of theHoning the Edgequest. She will give you Yellow Linen, Red Iron, and Rehn-Treated Hide, which are things that can be used to enhance your equipment.
Speak to Sola again and choose theReforgeoption.
Choose the piece of gear you would like to Reforge (this is how youupgrade your equipment inEternal Strands). You can click around and see which resources you can use to influence the stats of your gear.
Depending on the type of resources you use, the stats that will change areWeapon Power, Weight, Heat Resistance, and Cold Resistance.The higher the rarity of the item you use, the better the odds are of getting more powerful equipment.
You can also use Sola to craft entirely new pieces of gear. Sometimes, it might be worth your while to just make a strong weapon instead of trying to upgrade older equipment.
Also, make sure to visit Casmyn later to upgrade more stations. For example, you may hold more items in your inventory while out on a quest if you upgrade the Caravan itself. Of course, you’ll need Camp Supplies to do so.
