Summary
Throne and Libertyoffers players 8 weapons. Special class names will be revealed once a player selects which 2 of these weapons they will be wielding. Besides just weapons, players will have to decide on skills, how to augment said skills, and what gear they will have.
All of these choices will come together in a final product that can make or break the player’s experience. Some weapons pair better than others, so players have a lot to consider. Some are easy to play, while others have damage numbers that are worth putting in more effort.

7Disciple
Staff + Sword & Shield
The Sword & Shield weapon type is borderline mandatory formaking a tank inThrone and Liberty. This weapon, along with the Greatsword, are 2 of the best options for adding survivability to a build.
However, it does fall short in some areas, such as being a dedicated melee build. The Staff also lets players have some range to play around with. This makes players a little less tanky, but lets them help their allies from further away. Overall, this is a great build for new players to try out, as it can help them learn how to play the game and won’t be hard to play for endgame activities.

6Eradicator
Staff + Spear
Throne and Libertyhad a global release with7 different weapon types. The first new weapon added to the game came in the form of the Spear. The spear is an easy weapon to get into for new players and allows for great damage output.
While this build will primarily excel at dealing damage to one target at a time, it does have skills that can handle large mobs as well. This makes it a great build fordelving into dungeonsand handling bosses.

5Sentinel
Staff + Greatsword
Between the Eradicator and the Sentinel, the Sentinel just handles damage better. Players can drop large bursts of damage more reliably, and this can clear out plenty of enemies at once. The Greatsword also means more survivability, which will be vital for players on the frontline.
This build has most of itsfocus on DPS, and can contribute good amounts at various ranges. Strength is the more important of the 2 main stats, as it will keep players alive and in the fight.

4Battleweaver
Staff + Crossbow
The Crossbow can lead to some of the highest damage outputbuilds in the game, and combining it with the Staff will turn players into a formidable long-range threat. Players will also need to have a firm grasp of stats and how to allocate points accordingly; otherwise, they will find themselves falling short when running this build.
This is also one of the harder builds to master with its lower survivability and low means of escaping dangerous situations. Players will want their allies on the frontlines so they can focus purely on ramping up the group’s damage output from a safe distance.

3Spellblade
Staff + Daggers
Daggers are an ideal choice of weapon when players want to be a critical hit build. Having this weapon alongside a Staff will mean high damage numbers against single targets, but also against mobs.
This is a build that new players should avoid, as it can lower their overall experience. It is a better decision to go with a build that willhelp them level up faster, and enjoy their first experience.

2Liberator
Staff + Longbow
When itcomes to being a support, the two weapons that shine the most are the Longbow and the Wand & Tome. The Longbow is usually seen as the second best of the two, but it does a far better job of giving builds more self-sustainability.
Combining it with the Staff will let players have a more artillery-focused playstyle. This can let them rain down overwhelming amounts of damage at the cost of being immobile. However, this means players will rely on their teammates always keeping enemies in check.

This build is straightforward for PvE portions of the game. However, when it comes to PvP, it’s the complete opposite. Players will need to consider every possible escape option, where their allies, and where enemies are. One wrong calculation in PvP can spell disaster.
1Invocator
Staff + Wand & Tome
Both the Staff and the Wand & Tome weapons are mana-heavy options. Pairing them together means you will be in no position to be on the frontlines. The Staff lends players everything they need to deal out damage. While Wand & Tome will give them access to plenty of healing and support options.
Players will want to hang back and alternate between dealing out ranged damage and providing support to teammates. It is a good strategy to always focus on providing support for allies first, then aiding in damage output when nobody is in trouble.
