Summary
Throne and Libertyhas seen a lot of players theory crafting weapon pairings to find builds that can do one thing really well — or do a little bit of everything. The Wand & Tome is the de facto choice for players wanting to be healers, but it also offers some builds that push healing to a secondary vocation.
Players that don’t care for the Wand & Tome canlook to the Longbow as another optionto consider. This also grants access to healing, support, and raising a player’s self-sustainability. Whichever choice they pick, there are many builds offered — each with their own playstyle.

7Paladin
Wand & Tome + Greatsword
Pairing the Wand & Tome with aGreatsword allows players to ramp up their own survivability, but at a cost. The Greatsword is known for its phenomenal DPS potential but also for reserving a spot on the frontlines. It is predictable in PvP and it has lengthy cooldowns — making it feel very methodical.
It can also provide healing for itself and its allies when the need arises without leaving its post. Its weakest area is that this build is dedicated to staying in enemies faces due to its low mobility. Despite this, it is an easy build to run at any point in the game.

6Fury
Wand & Tome + Crossbow
Many builds pull off someamazing damage numbers thanks to Crossbows. However, trying to wedge 2 weapons together can be more trouble than it’s worth. This build can achieve great damage numbers, and has access to healing when it is needed.
Overall, this build sounds like something that a lot of players should be playing more often. However, it is just such a hard build to run. On top of that, it has little means of escaping when things go south. Having a build that cannot reliably pull off its role makes this build more trouble than its worth, even for the most skilled of players.

5Voidlancer
Wand & Tome + Spear
This build is risky, but a lot of fun. The Spear is the first new weapon added since Throne and Liberty’s global release. This meant 7 new builds to experiment with. When paired with the Wand & Tome, players will get a build with low survivability, but one that is still easy to play.
This can help out a lot with clearing mobs and providing healing when there are only single target threats present. This allows for an easier time when the time comes to switch up roles. Players will need to master skill rotations, as this build will go down easily if they mistime their skill uptime.

4Darkblighter
Wand & Tome + Daggers
Players that want to helpclear through dungeonscan help out a lot by running a Darkblighter build. These builds are great for dealing with mobs thanks to large area-of-effect damage output.
This is very reliable thanks to their easy-to-learn playstyle. Once players get the hang of it, they will find there are not many deviations they need to throw into their rotations. This makes it a great choice for many new players to try out.

3Invoker
Wand & Tome + Staff
Both the Wand & Tome and Staff weapons can be mana-hungry and glassy options when choosing a build. However, they allow for some great switch-ups mid-combat. This allows for a very versatile build.
Players can start things off by being a ranged damage dealer, but when things get too harrowing, swap over to being the support the team needs to heal up. While this may not be the best choice forplaying a dedicated support, having some extra safety can help out a lot.

2Seeker
Wand & Tome + Longbow
Seekers are a fun playstyle to have, and they are not hard at all to play. They make use of a Longbow for range and self-sustainability. Mastering them is another story. Players will be able to make it through the entire game as a Seeker, and do pretty well at it. Post-game content will require a lot of time and effort to run it effectively.
What makes this build so great is that they are able to contribute large amounts of damage for the group, and suddenly change into a support to heal up any allies in trouble. They can also heal themselves after making an escape from a sticky situation — which will be fairly frequent among PvP matches.

1Templar
Wand & Tome + Sword & Shield
Combining the Wand & Tome alongside the Sword & Shield results inThrone and Liberty’sultimate support tank. This class can frontline to soak up all the aggro; it can dispense plenty of healing for both single targets and groups; it has amazing crowd control, and should things get too harrowing, it has access to self-healing.
The shortcoming of such an amazing list of options is that it will suffer in contributing to the group’s damage output. Groups wanting toclear through dungeonswill want to pair this tank with risky damage dealers like Scorpion builds.
