The main difference is that in this concept art, Mizuki appears to control the Electro element, matching her purple color scheme. However, HoYoverse has officially confirmed that she will be an Anemo character inGenshin Impact.

Some fans have pointed out that this concept art is likely very old, as it does not include a green-themed design that would indicate Dendro elemental powers, suggesting it was created before Dendro was officially revealed. A few comments also claim that some of the designs resemble existing characters, with the first one looking very similar to anotherGenshin ImpactAnemo user, Mondstadt’s Sucrose.
Since her kit was revealed, many players have speculated that Mizuki seems like a five-star version of Sucrose. In terms of gameplay, she is expected to be a newsupport character inGenshin Impact.
