Black Ops 6delivers fast-paced action in Multiplayer alongside an exciting co-op Zombies experience, one that is shaping up to be one of the best renditions of the mode sinceBlack Ops 3. While the launch content forBlack Ops 6is impressive, even more content arrives with each major update.
With the launch of Season 2, players can acquire a wide range of weapons, fromthe powerful Cypher 091 Assault Rifleto the heavy-hitting Feng 82 Light Machine Gun. That’s not all, though—during Season 2, players can also unlock an additional Scorestreak, one that may become a go-to choice for Zombies specifically. Here’show to unlock the War Machine inBlack Ops 6.
How To Unlock The War Machine
The War Machine is one of the many rewards included withThe Terminator Eventfor Season 2. To unlock any of the Terminator Events rewards inBlack Ops 6, players will need tocollect Skulls that drop from eliminations in Multiplayer and Zombies, orafter opening Supply Caches inWarzone, and use them to trade for 12 total rewards. Acquiring all the rewards this way also gives players access to a bonus Mastery Reward, the Judgement Blueprint forthe PP-919.
To acquire the War Machine, players will need tocollect a total of 100 Skulls.Once 100 Skulls have been acquired, players can thenclaim the War Machine by heading to The Terminator Eventvia the Event Tab, allowing it to be used in both Multiplayer and Zombies.
The Terminator Event will run through to February 20, 10 AM PT.Once it ends, the War Machine willmove over to the Armoryfor those who have not unlocked it.
How To Use The War Machine
For Multiplayer players,the War Machine is an earnable Scorestreakthat can be equipped under the Scorestreaks tab in the Weapons Menu. To unlock the War Machine in-game, players mustaccumulate a total of 1,300 points without dying, which can be achieved through a combination of eliminations and objective play. Once the Scorestreak is earned, players can activate it by pressing the Scorestreak button. However, they should be cautious—if eliminated while the War Machine is equipped, they will lose access to it.
To obtain the War Machine in Zombies, however, players mustcraft it at the Crafting Bench for 2,250 Salvage.Salvage can be collected by eliminating zombiesand other enemies, with players also being able to increase their Salvage drop rate by equipping a Suppressor on their weapon. Once enough Salvage has been gathered and the War Machine has been crafted, it willoccupy the Scorestreak slot.
Regardless of the mode,the War Machine functions as a burst-fire grenade launcher, dealing immense damage. It holds up to30 rounds in totalbut fires three grenades with each pull of the trigger, meaning its ammo will be depleted after ten uses.
