As players will quickly learn when they arrive at the game’s third chapter, there are three different storylines inDynasty Warriors: Origins. What they might not realize, however, is that each one of these campaigns has a secret ending that can be unlocked by completing a set of hidden objectives in some ofthe decisive battles leading up to the story’s climax.
Put simply, players will need to alter the fate of certain characters if they want to unlock all of the true endings inDynasty Warriors: Origins, although this can sometimes end up being a lot easier said than done. Players will often be required to complete missions at breakneck speeds or ignore the objectives given to them to save a comrade in need.

How to Get All Endings in Dynasty Warriors: Origins
There are six different endings inDynasty Warriors: Origins. Each ofthe game’s three main faction storylineshas two a piece, with the regular ending being triggered once players complete the campaign and the true ending being unlocked if the lives of key officers are saved along the way. The Shu ending only requires players to save one such character, while those hoping to get the true endings for Wei and Wu will need to save two.
How to Get the Secret Ending for Wei in Dynasty Warriors: Origins
To unlock the true ending for Wei, players will need tosave Dian Wei during Escape From Wan Castle(Chapter 4),save Guo Jia at the Battle of Mt. Bailang(Chapter 5), and thenprevent Huang Gai from burning Cao Cao’s fleet at the Battle of Chibi(Chapter 5). If all of this is done correctly, players will unlock the secret ending for Wei and the “The True Path to Power” Trophy / Achievement. This one’s by far the hardest of the three to unlock, yet arguably the least rewarding.
How to Get the Secret Ending for Wu in Dynasty Warriors: Origins
Those hoping to get Wu’s secret ending will need tosave Sun Jian during the Battle of Xiangyang(Chapter 3) and thensave Sun Ce during the Suppression of Wu(Chapter 4). After that, all that’s left to do iscomplete the final two battles of the campaign as usual, at which point, the Sun clan’s true ending will be triggered and the “The True Future of Wu” Trophy / Achievement will be unlocked. Although the ending itself is a little mediocre, the process for unlocking it is actually rather fun and helps to flesh out boththe role and the personality of Bailuana little more.
How to Get the Secret Ending for Shu in Dynasty Warriors: Origins
Shu’s secret ending is by far the easiest to unlock. To do so, players will simply need todefeat Cao Cao at the Battle of Changban in Chapter 5. After that, players can justcomplete the rest of the chapter as usualto trigger Liu Bei’s secret ending and unlock the “A Truly Just World” Trophy / Achievement. This is arguably the best of the three true endings, as it gives players a nice glimpse of Liu Bei’s vision for the future.
