Jack Doherty Frustrated with Kick’s Ban Following Stream Sniper Assault

As the group is returning to the hotel, Jack Doherty checks the chat, only to find a screenshot from his friend claiming that the streamer’s Kick profile cannot be found. Frustrated, he states, “I’m defending myself and I get banned… The one time I stand on business, I get banned. It’s not fair, bro.” Doherty reiterates that the platform’s actions regarding his ban are a main reason to switch to Twitch, one of Kick’s main competitors.

Kick has not issued a statement or clarified why Jack Doherty has been banned from the platform again after only two weeks of being back. The streaming platform does mention in its community guidelines that any depiction of deliberate violence is not tolerated. Kick states in Guideline 5 that, if any violent incident were to occur, then it shouldn’t be streamed in order to avoid depicting graphic scenes to an audience.
