While the artist has no real control over what goes into NetEase’s game, they are hoping to see a future season add the Sinister Six or at least four of the six members. That seems unlikely, as NetEase has already confirmed that futureseasons ofMarvel Rivalswill be half the size of Season 1, meaning there will likely only be two new characters included in upcoming seasons. Still, the six individual villains could each still appear on the roster in the future, and some players responding to the image said they would prefer NetEase to add in more villains to balance out the hero-heavy roster.
While this artist’s work extends far outside the realm of video games, they have also shared fan art of characters from Supergiant Games’Hades, and they had a friend animate some of their original artwork in the style of aGrand Theft Auto 5loading screen based on the similarities between the art styles. They’re also clearly a Spider-Man fan, as their catalog on Reddit includes a hand-drawn recreation of their favoritemoment inSpider-Man: No Way Home.
