How To Play New Year’s Treasures Monopoly GO
To play the New Year’s Treasures event inMonopoly GO, you’ll need pickaxe tokens. Use them to break tiles on the grid and reveal rewards. Each tile requires at least one pickaxe and the more tokens you use, the more rewards you will unearth. And yes, you will see the object you need to dig up in a box at the top of your screen.
To get pickaxes for digging in New Year’s Treasures, verify to join solo events and tournaments. Right now, theNew Year’s Eve Bash banner eventand Firework Frenzy tournament are live, both giving out hundreds of pickaxes.
OnceMonopoly GOplayers have collected enough pickaxes, they can start digging. Treasures come in different shapes and sizes, and when you uncover part of one, you may figure out its direction and shape. This makes it easier to find the whole treasure.
You will get a reward for clearing every milestone in the New Year’s Treasures event, but the best ones are the Top Hat board piece at the17th milestone, theParty Time Shieldat the10th milestone, and the Swap Pack and 2,500 dice at thefinal milestone.
