The latestCall of Duty: Warzoneupdate was meant to simply fix some of the battle royale’s lingering bugs. It addressed the loading screen crashing issue and various other minor problems, but seems to have caused some fresh issues. Call of Duty: WarzoneRanked Play is the competitive version of the battle royale, and so these problems are especially serious. There has been no acknowledgment of the issues on the officialCall of Dutysocial media accounts at the time of this writing, but one has to imagine that Activision is well aware of the problems and a fix will be rolled out sooner rather than later.New updates are releasedforCall of Duty: Warzoneon a regular basis, so fans shouldn’t have to wait too long for these problems to be resolved.

Call of Duty’s player count on Steam has been downin the wake of stiff competition in the online multiplayer space, problems with cheaters, and recent unpopular decisions like the premiumSquid GameBattle Pass.
