The operating room anatomy puzzle is one of the hardest puzzles inPoppy Playtime Chapter 4as it involves searching themaze-like building for bodies of critters. You’ll need their bodies to get the serial number displayed on the monitors for each one. It’s only after referencing their serials with the sequence listed in the anatomy chart that will you be able to input the code in the terminal. Here’s how to solve this puzzle.
Finding all the Broken Bodies of Critters
Now you’ll need to find all the bodies of Playtime Co. in the area around the operating room inPoppy Playtime Chapter 4. But first, you’ll need tograb the gas maskfrom the body on the OR table. Keep an eye on the oxygen counter as it’ll start to deplete once you’re exploring the building enshrouded in red gas.
Do note that the whole area is in a complete loop, so you’ll need to start at one position and keep going forward while exploring every corner tofind four bodiesof critters. You’ll find the bodies of Bubba the Elephant, Green Huggy, Bunzo the Bunny, and Bron the Dinosaur.
You’ll hear a recording playing, mostly between a doctor and a patient, which will indicate that you’re near a Critter’s body.
After finding four of the bodies, keep exploring the hallways until you stumble upon a lit area with anopen air duct. Grab the handle on top and enter the duct to reach an operation theater withPJ Pug-a-Pillar’s bodylying on the bed. Interact with the body and press the red button behind it to use a shortcut to get back to the operating room.
Figuring Out the Anatomy Puzzle Code in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4
Once you return to the operating room, get close to the monitors and all the serial numbers of critter bodies will be displayed on the screen. Follow the sequence of the anatomy chart displayed tomatch the injuries inflicted on the toys. Here’s how you’ll get the code.

The code you’ll get after solving the operating room anatomy puzzle will be “35198.” Enter the code into the terminal to open up a room upstairs.
Destroying Doctor’s Liver in Containment
Head upstairs through the small door beside the body to discover a newly opened door with another one ofDoctor’s organs, the liver, sitting in a containment unit.Similar to what you did in the Morgue, grab the plug off the wall and insert it into the unit.
The liver will get electrocuted, and you’ll be able to progress into the next area inPoppy Playtime Chapter 4.
