How To Get Shiny Enamorus in Pokemon Home
Since Enamorus wasoriginally introduced inPokemon Legends: Arceusin early 2022, obtaining its shiny variant inPokemon Homerequires catching all mons from that game and transferring them to the app. After completing the Hisui Pokedex, players will need to verify their achievement via the “Games” tab inPokemon Home. Doing so will net them a free shiny Enamorus. This offer marks the first occasion on which the ultra-rare variant of the Legendary Pokemon is available in the app.
How To Get Shiny Manaphy in Pokemon Home
Meanwhile, getting a shiny Manaphy inPokemon Homeis currently possible by completing theSinnoh Pokedex fromPokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. As with Enamorus, the final step is to verify the completion of the Generation 4 Pokedex via the in-app “Games” tab. While Manaphy technically had its shiny debut before, mostPokemon Homeusers likely don’t have it. This is because it was only obtainable by transferring a Manaphy egg fromPokemon Rangerand then getting lucky with the shiny RNG roll upon hatching—a 1 in 8,192 chance. Failing the roll meant restartingPokemon Rangerand progressing back to the point of obtaining the egg, a time-consuming process that deterred all but the most dedicated of shiny hunters.
The newly introduced shiny Manaphy and Enamorus offers were announced without specific expiration dates, suggesting they may be available to claim indefinitely.Pokemon Homeis likely to introduce similar incentives for completingPokemon Legends: Z-A, the next addition to the long-running series that’s presently targeting a 2025 release.
