The exact time may differ depending on where one is in the world, but it will be 2 days before the countdown clock grants them access to when they can start playing the game. This will be the 26th for players that have purchased the Deluxe Edition and the 28th for those that purchased the Standard Edition. However, Xbox owners will already be able to start preloading the game.
