Just like the show, players are divided into two teams of eight to participate in various challenges, from cooking dishes to serving guests in a restaurant. They are guided by aRobloxversion of Gordon Ramsay, who’s voiced by the chef himself. For an added twist, players will run around the kitchen and pantry to find ingredients and the prep stations haveCooking Mama-style mini-games when chopping vegetables and getting pots to the right temperature. Players can also collect coins in the guest room or viaHell’s Kitchencodesthat they can use to buy boosters and traps for enemy teams.
It’s worth noting that Ramsay inRoblox’sHell’s Kitchenis relatively tame compared to his usual tough personality in the show. He’s not shouting, cursing, or calling contestants an “idiot sandwich” when they make mistakes. LongtimeHell’s Kitchenfans might find this disappointing, especially if they’re expecting a 1:1 experience of the show. Still,Robloxhas many young players, so it makes sense that it keptHell’s KitchenPG for everyone to enjoy. Ramsay also expresses disappointment when a dish isn’t up to par, but he’s not angry or mean about the failure.
Following the massive success ofHell’s KitchenonRoblox, Lewis teased that Metavision has an exciting 2025 roadmap to improve the game’s experience further. She didn’t specify the new features that would be added, but if the originalHell’s Kitchenshow is any indication, it’s possible that more service challenges will be added, like making dishes for a food truck and events planning.
