Embers is a soccer manga, which is exciting news for sports fanatics. After the success of series like Blue Lock and Ao Ashi, Shueisha would be propelled to explore this field. Blue Lock’s story and an exciting cast of characters made it very popular. In fact, it sold millions of copies, making it one of the best-selling titles of the last few years. Like Blue Lock, Ao Ashi’s story is engaging and keeps readers glued to the books. These are just two of the many soccer manga that have millions of fans all over the world.
Kurumazagi Kei (the writer) and Nishii Soutarou (the artist) don’t have to look too far for inspiration. Theycan use the things that made these series successfuland implement them in Embers. Kurumazagi Kei and Nishii Soutarou’s Embers follows the story of a delinquent, Haitani, who is an exceptional fighter. But his world is turned upside down when he is introduced to the world of soccer.
B no Seisen is written and illustrated by Hayashi Mohiro. The manga doesn’t have a description, so fans do not know what they can expect from the series.
Shueisha Doesn’t Go Easy On New Series
As previously stated, Weekly Shonen Jump is a popular magazine that is home to some of the most famous manga series. But Shueisha is very selective about the titles it keeps. Many manga titles end up getting axed after a few weeks if the sales numbers are not impressive.
