After getting rid of enemies inside the Tunnel, you’ll head towards the left side, into the corridor,to find the locked door. There’s also another room with some switches thatcannot be flipped until the power is restored.
To restore power, go outside the corridor and look towards the left to find an electrical box with a red button. Pressing the button will restore the power to the breaker box inside. Head back into the room andflip all three switchesto open the locked door.
Now you can head inside the locked door to find the way blocked with some barrels. There’s a path towards the right that you can go through to access the stash beyond the metal barrels.
