Accessory makers have provided some of the more reliable potential Switch 2 leaks, with mock-ups made showing how various accessories look on the system.

A pair of Reddit users have created size comparisons to show how the Switch 2 and its Joy-Con controllers stack up compared to the original Switch. Assuming theleaked Switch 2 size informationis accurate, the new console and its controllers will be larger than the existing Switch and its Joy-Cons. An image by HertzBurst on Reddit shows hypothetical Switch 2 Joy-Cons compared to the red and blue Switch Joy-Cons, while one made by Oilswell showed how the Switch 2 might compare to the Switch Lite, original Switch, and Switch OLED. The takeaway is that the Switch 2 is similar to the original console in many ways, but it’s definitely bigger.
Switch 2 Size Compared to Original Switch Consoles and Controllers
Now, it should be stressed that this is all based on unofficial, leaked information, and so fans should definitely take these size comparisons with a grain of salt. While it’s a virtual guarantee at this point that theSwitch 2 is going to be biggerthan the original Switch, exactlyhowmuch bigger it is is not 100% clear at this time. Like with the leaked Switch 2 measurements, fans shouldn’t get too excited until Nintendo itself makes an announcement.
