The company’s newly revealed roadmap spans the better part of the first half of 2025, starting with the first look at the recently confirmed Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack, which is scheduled for Thursday, February 6. EA plans to share a gameplay deep dive detailing the upcoming expansion 12 days later.

One popular theory suggests it may relate to the next base game patch, which, based on historical precedent, would likely arrive on March 4—the Tuesday before the next expansion pack. However, EA’s newly shared roadmap does not mention March 4.
Moving into spring, threenewThe Sims 4creator kitsare now confirmed to be arriving on May 1. The upcoming DLC batch includes Restoration Workshop, Golden Years, and Kitchen Clutter. Two of these have fairly self-explanatory names: Golden Years will likely focus on elderly gameplay, while Kitchen Clutter appears to be a cooking area-themed counterpart to packs like Bathroom Clutter and Everyday Clutter. That leaves Restoration Workshop as the only pack whose theme isn’t immediately clear.
