The news was well-received on social media, although some fans would want the novel to be re-edited with some changes (including some fixes, like the names, which are written slightly differently in the official subs and in the official translation of the novel).
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Collector’s Editionwill bea single tome containing the first 10 volumes of the novel– the cover will be blue and silver, with a blue ribbon. No release date has been announced so far.
The Novel Will Soon Enter Its Final Arc
A few weeks ago, when Volume 20 was released in Japan, the author confirmed that the story wouldenter its final arc in the next one– while that doesn’t mean the story will end in Volume 21, it is a sign that the plot is nearing its conclusion.
Danmachi V Final Episodes Finally Airing
Additionally to the announcements, today Episodes 12 and 13 ofDanmachi Season 5were finally broadcast in Japan. In the upcoming weeks, the last two episodes will be aired – their schedule is a bit confusing, so be sure tocheck it out here.
Season 5 covers up to Volume 18, so the anime is close to the novels. A sequel season or even a movie might be announced after the final episode (Episode 15) airs in Japan.
