Such was the case with CarnyJared, who picked up a fan-made offshoot of the game,Clone Hero, to attempt one of the toughest songs.

In a recent Twitch stream, CarnyJared was challenging himself tobeatThrough the Fire and Flames,one ofGuitar Hero’s most renowned playable songs, on 200% speed. Aclip shows Carnyjaredin an extreme state of focus in the final stretch of the song. Unfortunately, CarnyJared slipped up, and immediately paused the game, having a strong reaction to his mistake. CarnyJared jumped around, saying that “it’s never gonna end!” and generally appearing hyperactive at the flub. Suddenly, he said that he had to sit down because he was going to pass out, and seemingly did just that.

After sitting down, CarnyJared lifted his hand to his face and then appeared to lose consciousness briefly, beginning to slump forward in his seat. After a few seconds, he snapped to and got back up, looking at the screen and being reminded of hisTwitch failureall over again. Meanwhile, his audience shared messages of concern and amusement, with some joking that he needed to drink more coffee, while others worried about how pale he appeared.

While it’s hard to say exactly what happened during the stream, it’s likely that Carnyjared experience a combination of an adrenaline crash and possibly a sudden drop in blood pressure as he lept up from his seat. Thankfully, it doesn’t seem as though he’s experienced any long-term effects from it, but players should always take care to remain hydrated and take occasional breaks to help keep them safe while gaming.
