As you progress in the game,yourSpeech Levelwill increasethrough conversations, successful speech checks, and haggling. Atlevel 10, you can acquire theHustlerperk, and atlevel 20, you can unlock thePartner in Crimeperk. Both perks allow you to sell stolen items to regular merchants without encountering any issues.

The downside with this method is that he only has240 Groschento trade. This means that if you’ve stolen multiple high-value armors, you won’t be able to sell all your goods to him at once.
