Following this arrival, Microsoft’s subscription service now offers three installments in Ubisoft’s long-running series. Apart fromNew Dawn, the Xbox Game Pass library currently also includesFar Cry 5andFar Cry 6, which were added in July 2022 and December 2023, respectively.

Far Cry New Dawnofficially kicks off the first wave of February 2025 additions to Xbox Game Pass. The rest of this month’s Wave 1 lineup is expected to be announced soon, most likely later today, February 4, given Microsoft’s long-standing preference for revealing new XGP release lineups every other Tuesday.
