Zenless Zone Zero Leak Shows 1.6 Deadly Assault
A new leak shared to theZenless Zone Zeroleaks subreddit is revealing thethree phases of Version 1.6’s Deadly Assault. The first phase, beginning on March 21, will feature the “Unknown Construction Complex,” “Typhon Destroyer,” and “Corrupted Overlord Pompey” bosses. Phase 2, starting on April 4, will swap the Construction Complex for the “Notorious - Marionette” boss while Corrupted Overlord Pompey is replaced with “Notorious - Pompey.” The third phase will feature two morenewZenless Zone Zerobosseswith “Dead End Butcher” and “Sacrifice - Bringer” added to the game mode alongside the Unknown Construction Complex.

The lineup of bosses featured during Version 1.6’s rotation of Deadly Assault will look to benefit several of the game’s newest characters. Each phase features at least one boss boasting a weakness to Electric,with Silver Soldier Anbyand Trigger set to debut as new Electric characters. The phases also include several bosses with Ice and Fire weaknesses, lending themselves to players running Version 1.4 S-Rank character Miyabi and the soon-to-be-released Evelyn.Zenless Zone Zero’s Version 1.6 update is expected to launch on March 13.
Zenless Zone Zero’s Version 1.6 is set to bring loads of new content to the game beyond its updates to Deadly Assault. Rumors have suggested that players may be receiving a free character during Version 1.6, withnew A-Rank character Pulchraexpected to be given out as a free reward.
